Q. I am a member who's name was listed in your website. It used to be featured in the "... of our Members have not provided a telephone number section." Now it can no longer be found. Why is that?

A. Most likely you did not feature any other information other then your website name, and your own name in which case, you defeated the purpose of xcitment.com completely which exists in order to provide surfers with useful information, all under "one roof".

Q. I am an independent phone sex operator. However, I see that you allow up to 4 profiles per web site. Do these profiles have to be for different women or can I make 4 different profiles about myself?

A. When the number of profiles per web site was decided, we did not account for the fact that an operator might choose to display her profile more than once. Since this web site is about making a show case for the phone sex industry and give each operator an equal chance to be featured in the site, to merely duplicate one profile without alteration merely for the purpose of increasing one's exposure is not accepted.

However, you can indeed make up to 4 different pages, with different pictures and different content about the same person.

Q. Why are there members who do not list their telephone number on their web page?

A. Some of the women (and men) prefer to be contacted first by way of an email and then call their customers back. In these cases, we list them as call back members!

As for the others who do not show any telephone number, nor an indication that their is a call back service, I am afraid, I have no answer. Beats me as they say!

Q. Some members pages have lots of useful information, some others nothing! Why?

A. Beats me! Sorry. The majority of our members take time and effort to make their information on this site as complete and accurate as possible! We thank them from the bottom of our heart.

Others list partial information only. Perhaps they have not had enough time to complete their profile or perhaps the site is too difficult to navigate. If it is too difficult, please let me know and I will be only too happy to work with you and make the site more user friendly.

A few of the members show no information other than a link back to their own website. Obviously, they want to benefit from the traffic we send them but do not feel that they should reciprocate in content. I am actually debating at the moment as to whether those members should simply be suspended as they do not contribute to the idea behind this site.

And then there are a few members who show nothing. Not even a link to their own website. Again, I am at a loss there for the reason behind that.

Q. Why do some of the members personalized web pages have no name on the right column, and other have up to 4 names?

A. Each web site is allowed to display a maximum of 4 profiles on our web site! Our search engine provides a convenient way to access those pages quickly and efficiently.

In addition, once a surfer reaches a specific member's page, he/she has then the possibility to go directly to those members who are phone sex operators for that particular same web site.

If you had more than one profile under your web site (You are allowed up to 4 profiles) you would be able to see all 4 profiles in that column. In other words, your surfers would be able to visit all 4 of your web pages right from your page.

Independent phone sex operators who do not have a web site, or choose not to display their web site have no additional link in the right column.

Q: Hi, I submitted my site a long time ago. I was under "Mature" but I don't see this fantasy listed in my page! What can I do?

A: A couple of weeks into the trial period of this website, we experienced a "bug" in the way the program handled the fantasies. (I guess it too got "hot and bothered!!)

A lot of the fantasies were deleted. Most of those have since been re-entered by our members. If you do not see your fantasy listed, all you have to do is to log in to your account and update them.

Q. How can I improve my ranking?

A. The ranking method used for this site depends on the time and date of the update of your information. The most recent your update, the most prominent your listing will be!

Q. Can I use pornographic material?

A. As we have said earlier, we do not like to interfere in the content our members upload to their pages. However, we do wish to maintain a certain level of good taste. So far, all our members pictures are indeed in good taste! Please keep up the good work.

Q. I see that there is an editorial section where you feature editorial from your members. Can I contribute to this section myself?

A. Yes. Absolutely. This site is your site, your area, and your contribution is more than welcome. If you have something you want to contribute, please send to Debbie

Q. What is the purpose of the Message Center?

A. It is simply an other method to increase your exposure in the site. The latest comments are the ones appearing first in the page so the more recent your contribution, the higher it will be listed.

Q. Why is there no bulletin board where clients and members can interact and talk to each other?

A. We have thought about this one and figured that the private emailing feature that exists on every one of our members' pages gives a more intimate and "serious" emphasis in what our surfers want to tell you.

Q. Do you plan on having a bulletin board for the members only?

A. Yes.

Q. Why the "CHEATS" section?

A. We all know that 99.99 percent of all callers are decent men and women who are into phone sex because they like it and see it as way to explore their fantasies.

However there is a very small minority of people who think they are smarter than everybody else and set out to cheat and steal.

They will use any illegal trick in the book to cheat our members out of a call. (Sometimes, hundreds of calls!)

The "CHEATS" section provides a way to enable all members to share the information about these "Cheats" and prevent them from "cheating" again!

Q. Should I contribute to the "CHEATS" list?

A. Absolutely! It is in your interest to do so. A "Cheat" who has not stolen from you yet, will steal from you later, unless all our members are wise to him/her!

Q. What about my privacy?

A. We do not collect nor show the source of the "Cheats" contribution! Unless you write your name, or the name of your website in the information, no one will know you are the source of the post.

Q. What about the privacy of the CHEATS?

A. The information we collect shows only the following details:

Payment type, last 4 digits of the credit card used, area code, last 4 digits of the telephone number, city, state, comments.
